So very very slow. Refused to refund my money after they were already 20mins late and hadn't even started cooking. Food wasn't bad but who ever runs that place dont know how to treat customers. Or how to manage time. A bit of advice don't except orders if your to busy and don't send people text messages with a delivery time if you can't honour it

Worst Fish N Chips - Burnt Everything and they have the cheek to sell that....what a joke..the Owner is rude, wouldn't come and speak to us and they forget the chips $92 and an hour later....Come on at least apologise you rip off.......DO NOT GO THERE POOR KIDS SERVING BURNT FOOD...AT LEAST CLEAN YOUR OIL - DIRTY PLACE

We ordered family seafood platter as well as other items, paying extra for Red Emperor, taking our order up to nearly $100. DEFINITELY NOT Red Emperor! Was way too overcooked, dry and tasteless. Ordered a Pluto pup for a non seafood eating person, this was missing altogether. Everything was over cooked to the point of it being inedible.Service was poor, quite rude actually. I said I’d like the family seafood platter please, to which the rude reply was “you talking to me?” Considering I was the only other person in the shop, and I’m asking for a menu item, I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t be talking to anyone else. Chips were nice though. The only thing salvageable from the whole $100 worth of food. Never again! This has sadly gone downhill, and fast! Do not waste your money. Oh and only customer there, we were standing outside the door, they didn’t bother to let us know our order was ready! Placed in the warmer, for god only knows how longWorst fish and chips I think I’ve ever eaten.

Just good honest fish and chips. Great quality product (clean oil, fresh produce etc) and a pretty decent price for the portion sizes. Not bhed.

Went to get my phone order. I noticed 4 basket of chips precooked, the guy cooking the fish grabbed a basket of chips & put them in the bowl, the other 2 guys were busy taking orders, one on the phone the other writing orders foe uber eats etc. After a further 2 minutes I said that I hope that's not my order going cold, it was. They need to wrap the orders as soon as they are ready & don't precooked too many chips. When I got home, just a few minutes away, the fish was still okay but the chips were nearly cold. Pay more attention to the food already cooked.

Was great fish and chips for a time, been going there for a few years. But tonight was by far the worst fish and chips I've ever had. Everything was over cooked and burnt. I understand inflation, but $60 for 3x fish serve of chips and some crab sticks. Will never go back again.

Worse Fish and chips I have ever had!!! Chips tasted like they were refried, tasted so bad. I asked for serviettes and they didn't have any. The staff were not friendly at all, everybody in a rush and grumpy. I guess who ever gave a 5 star haven't tried any other place.
