My fur babies love going to see mark... They always excited and know where they are once they get out of the car...Mark is very knowledgeable especially daschound..I highly recommend this this hotel for dogs...

The Big Foot Hotel
Mark is great with giant breeds and special needs dogs like ours. He had a great understanding of behaviour and can read dogs well. He walks them, and the dogs are well taken care of. The shed gets closed up when it’s cold. Recently they created a section for cats too, they have a run, elevated bed and cat scratching pole. This is our regular kennel for Max Maximus the Great Dane.

Thanks Mark for looking after our Moose last weekend. It’s the third time we’ve boarded him at Big Foot Hotel.We always know he is safe with you. I was so happy that he took all of his meds after his tooth extractions. We are very pleased at the level of care you show.See you next year. Jen n Moose

A big Thank You for looking after Bach for a number of weeks!A dog full of energy & curiosity - no doubt it wasn't long before he saw Mark as his best mate who could cater to his quirks. After looking at a few options, it was a no brainer to settle on Big Foot. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again and can recommend with 5 stars!

I have two sausage dogs and they are regular guests at the kennels Mark and Sarah are so good with the dogs I can highly recommend it.

Best place for you best furry friend.All 1 to 1 no pack groups.Our boy was happy to go there smiling at us and happy to be picked up.Mark has always been amazing and very intuitive to dogs.Especially large breeds.10 out of 10.
