Excellent online course for someone who wants flexibility on their study. Even if you choose to do online, you still get help and support from the educators and staff. I can’t thank enough to Sue, Thilini, and admin staff for their support!

I completed Certificate III In Pathology collection at IHNA and I must say that it is one of the best institutes in Melbourne. Gained loads of knowledge and skills throughout the course. Our educators are well knowledged and easy to work with ❤️ As soon as I completed my studies, I was lucky to have the placement and now I've got a job as a Pathology Collector..Really happy that I selected IHNA for my studies.All the best IHNA!!

I am a current student here. Our educator , Sue , is supportive , Knowledgeable and encouraging and I feel very comfortable being in her classroom. I believe they need some improvement in the quality of the course structure. But most people I come across here are helpful and taking our negative feedback in a positive way and I really appreciate it.

I am current student of IHNA. Very good and talented teachers Sue and Thillini and all the time ready to help students in very patience manner. I always recommend my friends about this campus if they want their further studies. Even few of my friends already joined this campus after my recommendation. So nice and cooperative teachers and I don't have enough words to appreciate them. I am so happy and pleased to having my studies here. For me it's the best institute to join for further studies.

I was a student, however I was never replied to even when I sent multiple emails regarding course deferral. I placed a student complaint in February outlining how none of my emails were being replied to, and that I wanted a course deferral, and still have not received any reply to this complaint. Very disappointing... not professional in the slightest.

I have sign up Disability IV online. Class have started on Tuesday, I was trying to get into it but was not able to to get the access. So I send an email to the administration officer (Abhijith A) as the support contact number I called is no correct, it has been 4 days I have not had a reply. I also rang up Nikhil Sivasankaren Nair to tell him my problem he said he will look into it and get back to me, however, I have not heard from him and try reaching out to him today the line cannot be reach. It is very frustrating that the support is not given when the class already started.

I've just completed my 1st course with IHNA Heidelberg campus The Educators go above and beyond to help you excel in your course of study I myself just finished studying cert3 in pathology and the educators Thillini and Sue are both amazing I also just completed my Placement and the trainers on placement are just as amazing as the in class educators I just love Glenda :-)
