Bowen Massage has made a huge difference to the constant wear and tear on my back due to caring for my 30 yr old daughter with a disability. Marilyn's advice on natural health products has effectively alleviated my battle with extreme fatigue and emotional stress after my parents passed away in 2013. My daughter also has remedial massage for her contractures, and I see the benefits to her well-being. Would highly recommend Healthy and Natural to anyone looking for effective health therapies.
