Sydney Gazebo & Bali Huts

I’m just wanting to share our experience dealing with Sydney Gazebo and Bali Huts. After having experienced a natural thatched hut in the past, we looked around at other options.We then decided it had to be another Bali Hut.A quick google search we found Sydney Gazebos and Bali Huts gave them a call and spoke to Daniel, I was impressed with all the information he gave me over the phone…he mentioned Palmex the synthetic thatch option. We got a quote and went ahead. We couldn’t be happier with the final result. Daniel is enthusiastic a great communicator and passionate about what he can offer each individual client.His team are amazing workers and great to deal with with.We highly recommend this company and the product we decided on. I have just had my Bali hut re-thatched with Palmex Synthetic thatching by the team at Sydney Gazebo and Bali Huts. The result has exceeded my expectations! From the very first phone call to the completion on site, Daniel, Josh and Brendan showed complete professionalism, punctuality, friendliness and a deep desire for customer satisfaction. Nothing was too much trouble, from adding extra rafters to complete the roof pre installation to the amazing clean up job every day! I can’t recommend Daniel and the boys high enough.
