They take the time, go out of their way and love your pet almost as much as you. They don't push tests or treatments on you, are extremely understanding of financial situations and try to be accommodating and find different solutions. I've tried lots of vets and these are the best I've found.

These vets are the best. Have used other vets in the area and they’re aren’t even close to these guys. Donna took care of our beloved Miff and was always caring, thoughtful, honest about price, what our options were, and what was / wasn’t worth doing. When it was time for Miff to be put down Donna was comforting and professional on the hardest of days. We will be forever grateful for the care they took of Miff. Thank you Donna and the whole team.

I am very very dissatisfied with the service I received from this place and when I was explaining my concern to the vet she kept on interrupting me then she opened the door and told to find another vet. I don’t know how much of a professional attitude that is. For many years I have been going to vets and medical practitioners I have never experienced such a bad level of communication.

I went to this vet by mistake (communication breakdown with my brother). They were really helpful and ageed to look at our dog. They were patient and understanding when I didn't know many of the details (I don't live with the dog). They are open until 7pm, which is helpful if you can't pick up until after work.

We love Donna and the awesome vets and friendly staff here. They are all so thorough and caring with our pets. Nothing is ever too much trouble or a problem and they all genuinely care about each problem our pets have. Thank you guys! We cannot recommend you guys highly enough :)

I am beyond impressed with the service from the team at Dural. Not only that but how they handle my Dalmatian who is nervous/dog aggressive! They cater to her to ensure she is not stressed / take all caution/care.The nurses and vets are all so lovely and highly recommend to anyone!!!

I wish I could give this vet practice more than 5 stars! We have a dog with a number of different health concerns and Donna and the team have gone above and beyond to look after him. Not only is the veterinary care exceptional but their level of professionalism and interpersonal skills are simply amazing as well, from all the vet nurses to each vet. I cannot recommend them highly enough and thank them from the bottom of our hearts for all the help they have given our animals.

When I moved to this area I needed to find a new vet to care for my senior dog, who has a range of health issues. I am so glad I found these guys. Donna and the whole team are fantastic, knowledgeable and so lovely to deal with. They are doing a great job of managing my old boy's health. I also love that they see you by appointment - it's much more efficient than sitting in a waiting room for ages, stuffed with anxious animals, before you get to see someone.

If I could give more stars, I would. I am a first time visitor today and brought along my 13 year old dog, Polly. As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted by the Head Nurse Courtney, as though Polly and I are long time customers. I must say the clinic is immaculate. I did not see a single fur on the ground. Dr. Donna attended to Polly, who has arthritis, which such compassion. She showed us the legs affected most by arthritis, which I have never seen other vets do in detail. She recognised that Polly is old and advised us that taking certain costly procedures may not be very effective. This is honesty and I truly appreciate it. She did recommend a basic and cost effective blood test, which I agreed to, and the results came back in the same afternoon at around 7PM. Also I would like to give credit to the nurse, Heather, who also shares the same compassion as Dr. Donna. I never felt like a subordinate in this clinic. Thank you to the team at the Dural Veterinary Clinic, may you all be well and happy.
