Don't order your refills. They're not shipping or responding to contactUpdate - I ordered 10th of May, three weeks later I've received a notification they've been shipped. Still no contact from the company, even though I've called, emailed and messaged on Facebook. Really disappointing. No opportunity was given for a refund prior to shipment.Update 2 - Yes they answered below that the items were eventuality shipped. However given the lack of response from the company when the issue was occurring I would not order again.

Previously I've had a good experience, but since placing an order a month ago and getting complete radio silence I'm trying all methods possible just to get someones attention. Can someone please get in touch? No one answers your phones, emails or social media accounts!

Was a happy customer in the past, but an order that was placed almost a month ago has never been shipped. Multiple emails have not been responded to. Forms filled out on the website have not been responded to. Multiple phone calls go unanswered. Does anyone know if there is any way of getting a refund if there is no response?

Great product, glad it arrived after almost 2 months. I did try calling/emailing with no response. An email back to say items were on back order would’ve been better than not hearing from them at all and thinking it was a scam. Good quality products. Will check out the reviews in a few months when I’ll need to order again to see if things have improved or if I need to look elsewhere.

Have ordered more refils, not received, no tracking and no response to emails. Without ability to order and receive refils the product is just junk. Disappointing

Put in an order 6/4/23 was informed there was a delay and product would definately be posted on 21/4/23 still nothing. Have send emails and rang no response will now go through afterpay to obtain a refund. It’s such a pity their customer service is this bad as I would have been a long term customer

No stars for The Star Stick! Same as above. No orders received, no response to various communications! Took action to reverse charges and hey presto, today 31/05 I have received an email stating order is on its way. Will watch and see but no more orders for you guys! Don’t need the stress of wondering where my order is which could have been easily remedied with a reply of any description!

This company seems like it has shut down!!! No emails no answered phone calls. If there is a much longer delays I would be happy to accept it but ignoring phone calls and emails is a bit dodgy. I have enquired so many times as I needed my refills which was ordered on April 11. Have tried all forms of communication but did not get any respond from them. Would love my refund please! Or I will be asking for a dispute.
