Great service for my sons covid shot but havent sold me a big winning lotto ticket yet

There service is good but this is different.-----My wife has been vaccinated (Covid booster) by Mordana whereas we clearly mentioned in the form that we want to take Pfizer. I know it's ok, not a big deal but it could be something else.When we asked about the matter the lady(don't know the name but from Asian background- Chinese or whatever) claimed that my wife said verbally 'yes' for Mordana but that is absolutely rubbish. It doesn't make any sense at all. Why I filled the online form for?My wife is a doctor. Check your online form before you do this please. Don't try to cover up. At least be honest... At least say sorry, you made a mistake that could be a horrible one! Come on. Do not try to cover up.This is not acceptable.

The staff are absolutely wonderful. Kind and helpful and have got me out of many difficulties in the past by giving useful advice when doctors are unavailable. It is so nice to find a business where customer service is so fantastic.

Everything you need and more in a pharmacy!Bel and the team go above and beyond to help their customers, they are like the perfect small town pharmacy with all the benefits and products and services of a major pharmacy. As someone with chronic illnesses I rely on my medication a lot and sometimes there is mixups but the team make sure I’m never without what is needed and not to mention they absolutely love and spoil my daughter (especially you Trace!)

Wonderful, professional & friendly staff who are always happy to help. All the staff are knowledgable & can make recommendations if you're unsure about choices. Great range of products at good prices considering it's a small business. Family friendly pharmacy I'll definitely be return to.

Unfortunately could not contact by phone. Rings out and disconnects. No message facility. Not helpful at all

Beautiful lovely ladies are such a treasure nothing is ever to much . I had accident and couldn't get up to get tablets, I rang them up they said we have a staff member that lives in Brighton she will bring them just beautiful thanks for everything .
