Excellent service, communication and workmanship!After trying to contact several other businesses (and not getting a single reply), we contacted B Noticed about getting our ceiling insulation vacuumed/removed and replaced. Louis promptly made contact and arranged a time for inspection.He listened to our needs, made his recommendations based on what the most cost effective solution would be for our home and budget. We now have a nice warm home!He was honest, friendly and transparent throughout the entire process. His team were polite, punctual, tidy and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing insulation work done!

We contacted B Noticed Interiors & Insulation for a quote to install top-up insulation throughout the ceiling above the living spaces in our house. The turnaround time for inspection, quote and completing the work exceeded expectations.The work was carried out efficiently and professionally, and Louis was great to deal with throughout the process. He even provided photographs of his completed work in the ceiling, and we are very pleased with the result. More importantly, we have noticed a more stable and consistent temperature throughout the house improving our level of comfort. Louis, Sarah and Phil did a great job. They turned up and completed the job (ceiling vac and insulation removal and upgrade to knauff earthwool R6 batts) exactly as described with no mess and no fuss. Louis even contacted me to arrange an earlier day for installation as they'd had a spot open up. The process from requesting a quote from Louis with multiple options, through to invoice and completion of the works was smooth and well explained from start to finish.The only negative here is on me because I didn't have the insulation upgraded sooner. It was a 38C degree day 2 days after installation, and our home only got to 25C inside - aircon not required!I'd recommend their services to anyone considering insulation work on their home.
