Booktopia made the purchase extremely easy and the book arrived in mint condition - thankfully in cardboard, not plastic wrapping - and very quickly. The company let me know what was happening with my order from the start. Very efficient and good quality stock to choose from.

While great for ordering fiction/ anything you don't need urgently I have had consistent problems with textbooks. Multiple times I have placed orders only to follow up 2-3 weeks later with support to find out they can’t be ordered or their stock needs to be “investigated” (things I feel should be communicated to the customer ). This has led to be having to refund the order, wait for the funds to be returned, and frantically trying to order from another provider. Would not recommend.

The packaging is fantastic. They really go the extra step to ensure the safety of your order during delivery which I really appreciate. No dings or nicks around the edges.Great pricing and a good tracking feature as well for knowing when your order ships.Will definitely use them again and again.

I ordered a book for a friend in Australia and chose Booktopia - very happy with my choice, as they kept me informed as to the process (packing, in the mail, delivered when and where) throughout. They also very thoughtfully offered the option of delivering the parcel to a Post Shop in case recipient had a letterbox that would not be able to accommodate a parcel. The parcel was delivered very promptly and of course I was informed immediately.

Great business to deal with. Products are at a good price & freight to NZ is also very reasonable. Great communication from when the purchase is made right to the delivery process. If multiple books are purchased & delivery is split this is well done again. Highly recommended

I had ordered two books for a work colleague's new baby which failed to arrive. I rang and spoke to a wonderful assistant who solved the problem and had them mailed to me express delivery in time for the gift presentation. Wonderful customer service along with beautiful products at great prices - will definitely shop here again.
