I never got my deposit back!! I put twice deposit and all is 500$Im check in from 30 november till check out in 6 december..But One week im already check out but they still ask me a deposit from my email..

The one bedroom apartment was cute, clean and comfy. Light and bright with views to the river, it was a terrific home away from home for 10 days.Located right on the tram line was handy to zip into the heart of the city & beyond. A short walk to DFO South Wharf was also a positive.The building facilities are excellent, I used the well equipped gym daily. The pool & spa were good too.The Kula staff are fantastic, very responsive and attentive. Carolina particularly was welcoming, cheerful, kind & helpful. Thank-you.

Terrible experience. South Yarra property was falsely advertised with pool, gym and parking - NONE of which are provided in this property. None of the tv or air con remotes worked and one of the showers was profusely leaking to the point I couldn’t use it. They offered minimal compensation but when I countered, they’ve now gone silent. The property is STILL being falsely advertised. Starting chargeback with my bank and lodging complaint with ACCC.Update: the property agreed to a 50% refund as compensation. I have subsequently changed my review from 1star to 3star. The property remains falsely advertised online.

I have been staying with KULA on and off for 12 months+. I have never had a problem or any needs that couldn’t be met. The staff are very kind, pro-active and fast at replying. The apartments are as good as they appear online and location is 5 Stars alone!

My experience at Kula was been exceptional. Host was top of the line. Attentive, helpful and a truly kind people. Apartment is clean and tidy with everything that you need. Bed is comfortable. All around it was a good stay. I’ll probably choose the same apartment again next time. Great guys! Thank you!! 10 out of 10.

Everything was beyond expectations. Firstly, they provided us with an upgraded apartment till getting ours ready for few days and it was nice, tidy and clean, and when we went to our apartment, it was no different from the previous one. Everything was provided from soap, toilet papers, utensils , sheets, etc., also Netflix is provided.Yeah want to provide a special thanks for Youssi for his patience over my requests and diligent help whenever needed. Location was great as mentioned close to everything from train and bus stations to local shops and restaurants.Also, when I had to extend my stay a bit, there management were quick to respond and helped me to maintain my stay without hassles.

Dingey dimly lit apartment halls that felt unsafe. Room had a broken fire alarm, aircon remote didn't work and the place was dirty. Cigarette butts across the balcony, smears on all the doors and other people's hair and belongings left. Felt like I had walked into the apartment of someone who was still living there. When we contacted the host the cleaner" was sent who could not identify what was wrong and just began wiping the skirting board with a tea towel and spray. Glad I got a refund and left to stay in the city. Couldn't pay me to stay there. The worker we dealt with was nice

Update: I just wanted to update my review as we are on our second stay here now. Same apartment (which is great) but the staff really are amazing. So kind and treat you like a friend. They made the apartment so welcoming for our return stay, have done so many little things for us that make us feel special :) I can't recommend this place enough and I really hope both Carolina and Bruna are recognised for their exceptional service. You do an amazing job ladies, you are what make us return to Kula :)We stayed for a month and very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment felt like our own home, very easy to relax and unwind in. It had large floor to ceiling windows which let in so much light and gave a great view of the River Yarra. It has a fully equipt kitchen, large bedroom and tons of storage space. The bed was also super comfy - we slept really well here.The apartment complex has lots of amenities and a lovely rooftop garden/bbq area. Pets are also welcome in the complex.The staff at Kula are really fantastic, very kind and proactive and deal with any issues/questions well. If I could give more stars for the staff I would :)We have already booked to return here and will be using Kula for when our family come to visit from the UK.
