I just wanted to thank Raji and the team for their help. You helped me from start and finish and also afterwards with questions for my elderly father. The difference in his hearing has given him a new lease of life now that he can engaged in conversations again.

Raji was responsive to messages and accommodating to arrange my appointment. The location and office were easy to find with no access issues. My 87yo elderly father had recently had a very negative experience with trialing new hearing aids which he deemed totally unsuitable for his current capacity and we’re returned. He was rather distressed over the whole event and didn’t know what to do. Raji at MyAudiologist was absolutely wonderful. She took a very holistic approach to helping with my tinnitus, and helped to reassure me that there are solutions and ways to help reduce the noise, or at least my awareness of it. She provided a light at the end of the tunnel that I haven’t seen in a very long time.
