My daughter hired a slushy machine and jukebox for her 18th birthday party at home, both were a hit on the night! Hours of entertainment with the karaoke running :) Made for a great night.Delivery and pick up was easy, and a quick lesson in the jukebox. Both good quality, amazing clear sound from the jukebox! Definately on the list for our next gathering!

I can personally attest to the quality of the items aurora party hire have, I went to a party with a slushie machine and they were as advertised and for the price really high quality. Unfortunately my attempts to actually hire one myself haven't gone that great. I tried to call and enquire about a mirror ball, asked questions about how it would be affixed to the ceiling and whether I'd need to supply the slack hook it would hang off of. I was told people normally buy a lot of lights together and told to have a nice day before the guy on the phone hung up on me. I should note I intended to buy more lights, I just had questions about the mirror ball specifically because I have a sloped ceiling, and wanted to know if that meant it was off the table. I attempted to go through the process of ordering a slushie machine after that, which I haven't received a response on. To be fair, my house is built on a slope and thus the slushie machine might have been a no go, but a reply would have been nice, it's been 10 days, granted maybe I'm just being impatient. As previously stated, the service provided is great, just my personal experience ordering from there has been unsuccessful, which when you're trying to organise an 18th with no prior experience and largely on your own, can be a little disheartening.

Would not hesitate to recommend Aurora Jukeboxes and Slushie machines. They had the best prices and offered a variety of machines for any party need. Delivery, set up and pick up were all excellent. We were given complete instructions in the use of the machines. My Grandaughter and her friends had a fantastic time for her 13th Birthday. Michael is brilliant and you should contact him for all your party needs.

Aurora jukebox , party hire is amazing . Micheal was awesome to deal with. I organised a party within 5days . So accommodating , punctual on drop off and pick up times . Michael and the team at Aurora run a great business. I ordered a slushy machine for a 40th birthday then decided a few days out to add an arcade game machine. This was no trouble he arranged organised a deal price and delivered when promised. Michael even took my after hours question around the use of the slushy machine!
