This was the most pleasant car buying experience I've had. As a customer, I was treated so well from the first time I walked into the place, even until after I have the car. No one has to care after purchasing the car, but Matt does. He is so communicative and actually cares. I most definitely will be recommending Suzuki to my friends. My car is sooo amazing, I love it too bits. I purchased a black IGNIS which I had within a month from viewing it, and expected to be waiting much longer. Matt was onto everything and always kept me in the loop. He and Brendan are a lovely friendly team, so welcoming. Thanks for everything :)

I accidentally enquired online and to my surprise, Matt made contact almost immediately! Wow! I truly do not know where to start with this review.After flying in from the Gold Coast yesterday to pick up a vehicle I had purchased, I have to say that I can only wish all other vehicles purchases I've made in my lifetime were this seamless and stress-free.Pricing was obviously better than I could get anywhere in northern NSW or Qld, hence why I made the journey down, but something else that needs to be given credit is how wonderful my overall experience with the staff there was.The young manager went out of his way to assist throughout the entire process.Absolutely outstanding communication, friendly, efficient and kept me informed every single step of the way.The integrity and kindness I experienced with the staff at Brian Hilton Suzuki is something I can only wish was more commonly experienced in the automotive industry.My experience was such a positive one, that I am already planning on my next vehicle purchase from these guys (and it was an 8 hour drive back home!).Matt - you truly are a star.Cannot fault you whatsoever, I just wish there were more people in your industry with your level of ethic.
