I have used the services of Kew Pack and Send a couple of times. On both occasions I have sent high value items. My overall experience has been exceptional. They are very quick in responding and professional from the first interaction to the last interaction. Recently Dean took proactive action to ensure that the parcel is delivered to the recipient despite the recipient not being available during few delivery attempts. This led to timely delivery and we were able to avoid any return and any further hassles. The proactive approach displayed by Dean is commendable and much appreciated. I highly recommend their services. Thank you Dean.

I found the pack & send service very helpful and responsive. I dealt directly with Dean who operates the branch at Kew. First by phone and he prepared a quote based on my items and came back with a price promptly. I then met with him at his business and was very professional and explained the packaging and details of delivery. Items arrived in Queensland a week later. Extremely happy with my experience.

I was delighted to deal with Dean from Pack & Send in Kew, Victoria after a very bad experience of non-delivery from both IKEA and TNT.Dean is friendly, helpful and efficient and he has turned my awful experience into a fantastic experience. I received the road freight overnight from Melbourne to Adelaide with Star Track.Dean was always willing to answer my questions and get the best delivery service and price possible once the package had been dropped off to him.I would highly recommend Pack & Send at Kew and I would use him again without hesitation.Many thanks Dean.
