Oz is an Amazing Agent. I had the pleasure dealing with him for a year at one of his supervise properties at Liverpool. He is attentive, responsive, friendly, understanding and professional. He listened to me and supported me very quickly e.g. I locked myself out, with the keys inside, no spare or anyone to call. I called Oz and he helped to look for a locksmith, called to check on me if I was okay and safely home. The bathroom sink tab was playing up, told him and he got someone to fix it in 2days.I was meant to move out on the 22nd but my arranged truck disappointed me and I need some extra day, even with the landlord on his back, Oz calmly told me is was okay and gave me enough time to move.There is a lot. I will certainly work with him again if I am back in the Liverpool area
