After a workmate told me about the store I rang the store and they put my hinges on hold until I could come in on a weekend.Awsome friendly service not only I got what I wanted I found extra items for my reno projects.Well recommended this store we need to keep these stores alive since there becoming hard to find

Great store but something seems off like there has recently been a funeral or the shop is transitioning to become a library as everyone is very oddly quiet lol...bizarre but have been there on many occasions and there is 0 vibe in a place that offers so much...potential is there just needs some character...

I emailed Peter on a Wednesday about a replacement item I needed (a globe / sphere glass for a light fitting - it was an older style with an uncommon size) and luck would have it, he had a spare part for me! I had it shipped to Brisbane and hands down you have made me VERY HAPPY and now my entry area to my home looks less like a crack den (missing light bulb) and more like a respectable home :) Ha! So even though I am miles away I do recommend emailing Peter with what you need - I included photos, measurements etc and fingers crossed - you may get lucky.THANK YOU.

I purchased 4 Victorian cast-iron brackets online and I couldn't recommend Federation Trading more. Fantastic customer service, the brackets were shipped to Sydney with immaculate packaging, the brackets are beautiful, in excellent condition. Shipping was very fast - one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. Thankyou for your wonderful attention to detail!
