Superb location close to the city, parks, cafes and beaches, well equipped room with all utilities included (fast wifi, electricity, water and gas) are just some of the compelling factors why UKO Paddington Village is such a good property to stay at. What makes this property different than other similar providers is the Community Manager, Brani, who goes above and beyond to make everyone's stay here such a memorable one!

Really enjoy my stay there. Convenient location, clean room, no stress with bills. The community manager (Brani) is amazing - he is always on top of everything and his hospitality is super.

Beautiful studio with great view. We lived here for three months and it was great experience! Brani is a very responsive & organised host, and we especially enjoy the fresh linen and towels provided every week.Thanks UKO!

The Paddington Village property is a new and modern property that is perfectly located right off of Oxford street. It includes all the amenities one would need but the best part is the hospitality and wonderful management by Brani. I was sad to leave. I can’t recommend it enough! If you want to live in Paddington, this is the place!

I love the location. It is extremely convenient, especially when you commute to the CBD often. As someone new to Sydney, the UKO community is very nice and welcoming. Brani is very kind and supportive to me. Thank you so much, Brani!

Fantastic accommodation and amazing Property Manager. My partner and I loved our 3month stay here - made moving to Sydney super easy. The apartment and facilities were clean and super comfy. Would definitely stay again
