Gab was wonderful to talk with, came back quickly over email with a quote and very helpful and informative when assisting me. Lawrence came and re-keyed all of our locks, explained issues to me with old handles and gave me options. Wonderful company to deal with and will be the people I use again. Absolutely recommend, quality efficient work at a fair price.

Booked ACT Mobile Locksmith at 8:30am and they turned up on time, identified a problem with one of three locks we were rekeying and provided a quote for a cost effective solution. Efficient and friendly was very happy with the service. Will use them again if needed.

Polite locksmith and we were given a call advising of the time he would visit (and he was there right on time).It was a good experience until we were advised the call out was to cost $160 while we were led to believe it would be $110.

The team at ACT Mobile Locksmith was great, professional and very helpful. Matt came on time, he provided the best solution to each concern I have re security around the apartment that I've just moved in. Besides providing excellent locksmith services that I am after, he is also very patient and kind providing extra help with my other stuffs around the aparment, i.e. he taught me how to use hammer drill and impact drill, that I will never forget his help!! Highly recommended!

First time having to use a locksmith in Canberra. They responded quickly and made a convenient time to come out for a non-urgent repair job. The team at ACT Mobile locksmith saved my sanity after our kitty was accidentally locked inside while we were overseas. Brandon responded super quickly to my late night email and Lachlan was there the next morning to let the house sitter in and rescue (and feed!) kitty cat. Fantastic response, reasonable price and purrfect customer service. Highly recommend!

After being nearly booked out all day they still managed to squeeze me in for a 2pm time slot. The trades person Laurence arrived 20 minutes early and was very polite/friendly/professional and managed to sort out a brand new handle door lock in literally minutes. The service was prompt/ excellent and the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend these guys highly and will be calling them again for future jobs.
