Jake and his Nomad Built team were great in our recent renovation. We had not done one before, and Jake walked us through the process and the various stages of the project so we understood what was happening and when.When we had queries, or added work to the project, Jake would explain what was involved and how the changes would affect the schedule.We were very happy with the whole process of keeping us up to date and the professionalism of the work they did, and the management of the other subcontractors involved in the project.

They were men of their word and as we were dealing remote( we were interstate) their prompt presence for dealing with our problems was indeed a relief for us. They kept us in the picture with photos of their work completed. Very trustworthy and professional.

Jake and his team were highly professional. They were extremely communicative from the quote all the way through to completion. The quality of their work was outstanding and they worked seamlessly with our building designer. They happily co-ordinated additional services such as landscaping.They always did what they said they would do and the only scope variations were those which I instigated along the way.Further, the team had some difficult neighbours to deal with and they took all of that in their stride and went above and beyond to accommodate them.We are so very happy with the transformation Nomad Built was able to give to our property. We engaged Nomad to undertake an extension to our house in the Southern Highlands at beginning of 2022. We spoke to several local builders and during the initial selection process Nomad was probably last on our list as they were not a local builder. However, something about their responsiveness and approach piqued our interest and we quickly came to the conclusion they were the best choice.The fact they were not locally based was never an issue. Everything ran to plan in terms of materials, on site continuity, quality of their staff and trades was second to none, all during limitations and curved balls that were being thrown at the building industry due to Covid. The Nomad Team have created a modern chic living space in a remote area. This involved an amazing transformation at our farm cottage near Bourke, NSW. The before and afters are hard to believe. Logistics out here are not easy but the team handle with ease.
