Think its best to get some one who is nuanced into the inner workings of your machine. He seemed to know Miele washers inside and out (which is what we have). Also mentioned he knew bosch really well.Conducted him self with an air of confidence and completed the job super efficiently in 20 minutes. No nonsense guy, but pleasant too - not gruff like some tradies are.Price was reasonable.
