Got my sons name wrong multiple times treated me like a criminal when we were there for councling I initiated refused to let me speak to my son when they were running late , told me my son wasn't booked in which he was.Just all the basics went there cant believe these people say they help others when they cant even book a appointment correctly

Terrible experience with their mediation service for child custody and property settlement. They effectively threatened that if I didn’t attend it would negatively impact me with the court process. The mediator was also biased and treated me like I was the problem.
