Chiggy's Skateboarding

My boys adore Chiggy! They have so much fun at their classes, Chiggy has unending patience and always makes them feel important, he has a great way of encouraging them to try new things- building their confidence while making them feel safe and supported. Thanks for being a great role model and coach.

My son has been doing lessons with Chiggy for 4 years and it's always been his favourite part of the week. Chiggy is magic with the kids...they love him and they learn so quickly the way he teaches! We go to the indoor skatepark weekly and all the staff are so friendly and always jump in to help out with perfecting skills. It's such a great environment to both learn at and challenge yourself. Definitely recommend the indoor, even for little kids. It's a super friendly environment!

We’ve been participating in the homeschooling group Chiggy’s has been running on Mondays. Amazing environment, super welcoming community. Can’t wait till my 2 younger boys can join the fun. Highly recommended!

My little man was 1yr old when he started and wow what an amazing experience, the energy, the team, the coaches and the availability of lessons was outstanding. My daughter also started at 6yrs old and started out with private lessons to gain confidence and she loved it!! Epic

My little girl just loves her skateboarding lessons, it has been a great investment in her confidence and she always has so much fun. Thank you for providing us with this amazing opportunity for her. Her coach Kai also has been so patient kind and supportive and knows exactly when she needs to be pushed out of her comfort zone. Highly recommend joining a class.

What a hidden gem. Awesome location with an impressive indoor setup for all manner of skating (inc scooters) in a safe environment with different ramp setups for all skill levels. A bonus being they can operate in any weather conditions all year around. They have loaner boards if you're just trying it out or don't yet have your own, and also a good range of parts, supplies and seriously sweet looking boards if you're in need. The owner (Mat) also has his own designs too with Friends Skateboards, so be sure to check those out. Staff are really freindly and helpful. They do all kind of events, skate parties and coaching also visiting local skate parks all around the region. Check out their website for hours and more info for costs ($20 for 3hr session) and/or membership or private hire. They generally open around 12.30am?-9.30pm most weekdays, and open earlier during school holidays (9.30am I think?!). Pretty sure I was told they do bbqs on Fridays too. Definitely worth checking out if you're trying to get the kids out of the house. Will definitely be taking my son.

Such an incredible space for kids to come too. Our sons confidence has grown so dramatically since starting these skateboarding lessons and it has been so amazing to get to know the skateboarding community. The class is our boys favourite day of the week. Highly recommended by us. We love Chiggys!
