One of the best meals I’ve ever had in Australia. Drove one hour to the Sudania cafe and didn’t regret it at all. First time trying Sudanese food and loved it.

So fresh! Not fatty.Chips were divine and lightly salted.My mixed kebab was a great balance of flavours, didn’t feel heavy or sick afterwards.The ladies were professional, neat and tidy the restaurant was clean. Really impressed keep up the good work.

Sudania Cafe and Restaurant
A group of friends and I dined in to this restaurant last year sometime. We ordered 4 or 5 dishes to share between us and each dish was delicious. I love this place, my friends and I plan on travelling back to Maitland from Sydney just to visit this spot. Not only was the food amazing but so was the customer service, the owner was very helpful and hospitable. I 100% recommend this restaurant!

Excellent experience! We had a really flavourful lamb dish with a yogurt sauce and a beef okra dish. Ask for the chilli sauce, it’s homemade and so good!

Amazing customer service with a beautiful friendly environment. Not to mention their food was amazing, my wife and I had our first date in years and decided to try Sudania Cafe and will continue to return and recommend everyone to try their amazing food.

Had the Bamya and the (capsicum) Mahshi - absolutely delicious. Fantastic to see Sudanese cuisine! A high recommend for diners who seek flavour. Very friendly staff. Ace chilli sauce. Thank you!

The food is so flavorsome. :) The chips are the best chips we have ever had. We got the meat and rice in the capsicums and they were well presented and amazingly delicious.
