Thanks Luke, really appreciate your prompt & friendly service today. Called Luke Monday morning with an emergency & he was able to come out same day and repair our front door lock. Gave us a time, texted us 1/2 hour before arrival. Great service and job well done. Highly recommend Luke's Locks.

Luke is friendly, helpful and punctual! Locked myself out of home at 5:50pm. Called Luke who said he's probably about 45mins to an hour away. Calls back 30mins later to say traffic wasn't so heavy so he's 5mins away. Proceeded to unlock the house for me and then advise me on screen door lock that was broken. Offered to fix it too. Truly lovely gentleman! Got his number in my go-to list now. Tx Luke!

Luke is a 5 Star Locksmith. He called me to arrange time and date for repair and quoted cost. He arrived on time he quoted. He diagnosed the fix quickly and replaced the lock mechanism promptly. He also re-seated the face plate and ensured door locked and opened satisfactorily. Luke cut 5 keys and charged me exactly what he quoted. I was completely satisfied with Luke and would recommend him for lock repairs.This is in complete contrast to another locksmith I had previously called in Eltham who gave me the complete run around.My advice is go to Luke, and you won't go wrong

Can’t thank Luke enough for his fast, friendly and fantastic service. Myself and my 2 children got locked out of the house before 9am and Luke was here in 15 minutes, unlocked the door for us and cut us a new key. Would recommend to anyone.
