The food was great, as were the staff. The decal is lovely and ambient, however the only downside was they have an air freshener that continually goes off which smells like what you would find in a toilet and gave me a headache the whole time i was there

The beef tartar is delicious, the compound taste is just right, and the snails are full of flavor as always. The lamb chops are tender and juicy inside.

The escargots and duck liver pate were delicious! However, the service was unfortunately so bad! The man who served us was very arrogant and made inappropriate comments about wine and food choices. The steak tartare was served plain with the ingredients next to it. Unfortunately, our waiter proceeded to mix the tartare at the table without even asking which made it taste far too sour in my opinion. I would not recommend this restaurant because the waiter had an annoying influence on the atmosphere.

Excellent French food in a fine dining setting that still feels comfortable and welcoming. Food is very good and reasonably priced given the high quality but could certainly get out of hand with wine. The wait staff are good with a little bit of attitude but not in a stuck up way. Drinks menu is extensive and high quality. I'd like to come back for a show - especially for someone Like Carlotta who is performing soon.

Such a delight to walk in off the busy street and be welcomed into the calm and sumptuous space that is Claire’s kitchen.The food is always excellent - seasoned with care and subtlety and presented tastefully. There’s a solid selection of cocktails and wines available by the glass/bottle at very reasonable prices. Staff are animated and interactive but not overbearing, and generally converse with each other in French!Come for the food, stay for the wine and the atmosphere.

A perfect finish to our trip to Sydney.Four of us enjoyed a perfect dinner here. Amazing service in particular by Valentin.Very hard to pick the best dish between Lamb rack, Beef tornado and Duck pie. However to me the Duck Pie was the stand out. The bread is fresh and so very good!Great cocktails and our Pinot Noir was delicious.A very special experience ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️See you next time we visit Sydney

Dinner with family, 10 people no children. Had a lovely time. Service was excellent. There was live music. Had scallops for starter and steak for main but only enjoyed the chocolate cake with raspberry sherbet dessert.

Great french restaurant with nice atmosphere and live music upstairs. Staffs were friendly and attentive, gave us a good recommendation on food which were all delicious. Duck pie was surprisingly very big in portion. Tartare was fresh, lamb rack was a bit hard to cut but it actually was very tender. Scallops as one of the entree items were especially good. Price is reasonable for french cuisine.

Great French restaurant close to the centre of the city. The quality of the food was consistently excellent across all courses and dishes. The serving size on some dishes, such as the lamb rack, could definitely be a little larger but overall the dining experience was great. Would highly recommend the Duck Liver Parfait and the Duck Pie. Staff were attentive and the service was all round great. I also loved the atmosphere and vibe of the restaurant, perfect for a romantic evening or an intimate dinner with family or friends.
