We entered into a managed print service agreement and a VoIP Phone System agreement with QPC, previously we had an extremely expensive printer that was 8 years old and we were experiencing never ending problems, Lisa at QPC was amazing in working with us to find a much cheaper replacement but still have a printer that had no noticeable difference in speed & excellent print quality, with all the modern features like cloud user & print management , cloud monitoring and automatic cartridge re-ordering, this change has most definitely saved a lot of frustration with staff and has saved so much of mine and our EA's time in constantly dealing a broken printer and trying to decipher what error code we have, then waiting days with no printer for a technician. We now seldom need assistance & if we do Jason goes out of his way to ensure all is running smoothly.We had been in discussions with Lisa about converting to a VoIP Phone System, at the time we had a Cisco phone system which was also old and not stable, we were experiencing frequent issues with our phones. Whilst we were still in the deciding phase of whether this is the avenue we wanted to take, as luck would have it, our Cisco system crashed. I called Lisa to let her know of our predicament and within 24hrs we were converted to a VoIP phone system and operational, we are a cancer charity and Lisa & Jason both understand that we have a very tight budget, they explained in detail how the costing of these systems worked and we played out many scenarios on the number of phone lines, pay per call or fixed options. I can honestly say they have our best interests at heart when deciding the most cost effective & best option for us, I now fully understand how the price structure works and at what point we need to add more lines instead of paying for something we don't currently need. We are slowly expanding the system to our other centres with no extra cost at this stage but when it does increase I know exactly what the increase will be. A brilliant service and worth the added extra to our Managed Print Service & IT Support for KNA Security in Wangara. The added extra of IT Support, saves so much time and frustration (especially when an update happens :D) We were having issues with our IPN/Printer Setup due to an update and Jason promptly arrived at our office to fix the issue.We are very happy with the Service we get from QPC, they are professional, friendly, good $$ Value and they get the job done.Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, from the Office Staff to the Techs, everyone is happy to help 10/10 :D

We have been using QPC Group for years now and we are happy with the service they provide. The staff are fast and friendly and quick to respond. The Automated Cartridge Re-ordering system is very helpful to ensure you never run out of consumables.

Great service, High-quality equipment of lasting value.We received excellent service from the QPC team, Nick, Caitlyn and Joanne. They explained everything very well. No crazy promises were made to push their services to us. They focused on providing a good service and went out of their way to provide support.We, as disability service providers, require in our day-to-day work, printing a lot of instructions and visuals for our participants with disabilities. Our previous service provider failed to deliver the service we expected, so we had continuous issues with the copier and frequent paper jams, no connection to our system, wasting our time and resources.However, since we have been with QPC, we haven’t had any issues as the value we are receiving is great, and we can focus on each day's business.Also, it’s really good to see that where the pandemic has changed the world and the majority of the businesses are struggling to survive, QPC’s community service toward Western Australia is still there, continuing with their Plant a tree program and working with a team of experts and our farmers to develop a tree planting carbon and biodiversity project. All the donations collected there will be used to purchase trees planted on our farmer’s farms as part of these projects.I would highly recommend them to anyone.10/10 :)

QPC provide exceptional value for money, offering an automated cartridge re-ordering service, which means that we aren't paying more than we are using.
