Dr Chris is the only dentist I will ever go to. I have had some horrendous experiences elsewhere but Dr Chris and Serena have always been amazingly caring and gentle with me and my kids. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I have been seeing Dr Chris Hem since he took over, as ‘my dentist’, from Dr Britain, as did my mother. He has always been thorough, professional and friendly … and, like Dr Britain, has never caused me to experience pain! Dr Chris Hem and staff are always welcoming. I have sensitive teeth and in the past anxious about visiting a dentist. Chris is very gentle and understanding. I trust him looking after me and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Undoubtedly the best dentist we have ever used. Our family has always had a positive experience at Bright Smile. We have been coming since our kids were toddlers. The dentist and dental nurse are so professional, knowledgeable, caring and courteous. The whole team provides such outstanding customer service and the office is run very efficiently. Easy to make an appointment and so accommodating. Highly recommended for the whole family.

I have been coming here over 15 years, I have anxiety from childhood dental experiences and Christine so so caring and gentle, while also being professional with a genuine passion for dentistry. Excellent dentists, extremely happy with the care they provide. My teeth have been very well cared for and Christine has taught me how to properly care for my teeth and gums. They will always fit you in with an emergency, even if it means they have to extend their work hours. All the staff are aways kind, helpful and friendly. Thoroughly recommend this dental practice.
