The best quality of this place is dishonesty and lack of professionalism. I purchased a hybrid battery from them with 3 months warranty and paid $1950. It started causing trouble within few days. They replaced the battery with another battery and same happened again with second battery. I have to order a brand new battery through toyota. When I asked the owner of Scotts to return my money as the battery i returned to him was still in warranty period, he refused to pay and argued with me.

Rudist sales people I've ever come accross, ended up leaving after standing there for 10 minutes, sales people did not even acknowledge me in that time even though 2 walked accross in front of me, i will never return.

Scott's 4WD Parts Plus
I purchased 2 reconditioned gearboxes from here in 2016. The first one had to be sent back straight away and the second one only lasted under 3 years with the diagnosis being the Input Shaft Bearing damaged as well as grinding metal fibers through the gear oil. Whoever supplies your Gear Box and Transfer Cases are not reconditioning them properly.
