Absolutely disgusting service. I paid a lot of money for hair extensions that were the worst quality imaginable! I’ve had absolutely no customer service from Mel, not even so much as an apology so I’m taking it to the tribunal.

1 week before my wedding I messaged her to see what time she would arrive at the venue & she emailed me back stating that ‘she wasn’t coming as the booking wasn’t confirmed’.I had a trial with her (which I paid $85 for & wasn’t happy with the outcome) & told her from the start that I was going to have her for my brideaods & I. After the trial, even though I wasn’t 100% happy I was still going to stick with her because I thought we had made an agreement!When I asked her why it wasn’t booked in on her end she told me I needed to pay for the full amount before the day (no invoice received by me) so I how was I meant to know that! She didn’t even think to email me & confirm or let me know she was going to book someone else in & check with me first!This could have honestly ruined my wedding day, imagine if I didn’t email her to check & just thought she would show up on the day!!!Very unprofessional & I have heard from a number of other people (in & out of the industry) after my experience they have had similar ones so I definitely would NOT recommend.

Mel is so amazing!! My hair always turns out so beautifully and I couldn’t ask for more!Her prices are so good and affordable and her work is always amazing!She is great when working with all ages, especially kids!I highly recommend her for anyone and everyone!

I had my hair coloured by Mel, but by Friday (2 days later) the colour washed out after 1 wash. After asking for it to be fixed or for a refund, Mel refused and said it was my shampoo and conditioner. Not once during my time there did she explicitly tell me what shampoo and conditioner to use, only a general use professional products".After asking her to urgently respond
