I purchased and installed a 6x4 Easy Shed for my Man Cave" that opens up onto a 6x4 Decking & could'nt be anymore happier with the result. The Shed was easy to assemble and 8f by 4f Billiard Table+ Bar fit comfortably! Thank you "Easy Shed"."

There is no doubt that Easy Shed products are great value for money, especially when they have a sale. If you have none to minimal experience installing sheds, I recommned getting someone with experience and the necessary tools to make installation a trouble free task.I experienced some issues with missing parts, so best to check all this before booking in a shed installer. Eventually missing parts were sent through to me a couple of days later. Instuctions are also difficult to understand at times.Overall though, very happy with the quality of the shed.

Bear in mind it’s the name of the brand, not how easy assembly is.Considered myselfI’ll give them +1 for marketing, -10 for everything else.(Delivery, apparently in stock, after ordering, receive an automated email message stating that“they’re manufacturing the product”)

DONT BUY FROM THEM! LAIRS AND SCAMERS! They will send you shed with missing parts. Then ask you to pay more.My Shed has been rusting waiting for missing parts. They still you send a check list back to them then they don't believe your missing the parts. The shed installation guys had some parts to help but there where so many parts missing. They sent me a few and now saying I have to pay moreSCAM SCAM SCAM.

First we opened the box to find that all the screws that use to assemble the shed is missing then contact them tell us to use the customer check list see if anything else is missing!!! Yeah like go through all and each pieces then email back to them they send the missing pieces…yep the missing pieces arrived THAN try to assemble it up..like one issue after another!!! The base frame of the shed is too big for the shed.!!! Emailed them again!! They asked me to take photos of the measurements n send it then or they say I can also CUT IT TO IT LENGTH!!!!!! Can not believe it.!!! Now the shed is sitting at back yard!!! Like I have so much time to email them with their mistakes again n again.!!! People just go to Bunning n get ur shed at least you know where to in person when there’s a problem n not just communicate by email!!!

They say We're a proud Australian manufacturer " yet they outsource all their customer support offshore. Impossible to speak with someone in AustraliaIncredibly difficult to deal with. Delivery times way over what is advertised.Conflicting information on the website and haven't even received it yet.Someone promised to call back today

Do not purchase, they are unprofessional and the Easy shed is not easy to make, so much for 5 easy steps. There is no pre made holes where to put the screws and once fully complete the roof got torn off and i got no assistance in the matter, just that it’s on us because we didn’t use enough screws. No one came out to even look that there are heaps of screws to hold it together. Just went off photos from the distance. They now want me to purchase a new shed to get one part.

I went to purchase a new garage with the current EOFY sale and surprise surprise prices have apparently increased within 6 weeks of my last valid quote. The sale price is the same as the original quote 6 weeks ago, pretty sure this behaviour is illegal

Shed itself is fine but BEWARE. Their dispatcher sent wrong panel.They will send out correct part but will not assist with additional cost as I have to pay installer to reattend. I have a disability and had engaged a company to assemble the shed for me. EasyShed are claiming I should have checked the parts before engaging an installer and refuse to compensate me for the cost of getting installers to return to site to add the final panel. I am taking legal action and seeking advice from Consumer Affairs. I wouldn’t know one panel from another, so how could I possibly know that a panel was incorrect? Physically I am unable to move the parts to check they were all there. Customer Service have been unhelpful and are hiding behind their Terms and Conditions which apparently state I should check all parts have been received before engaging an installer. If I was capable of checking, I could have assembled it myself. BTW the Terms and Conditions are contained in the large box containing all the panels I couldn’t move. I would NOT recommend EasyShed based on their Follow up service! Buyer BEWAREPhotos show two panels for same side. Should be 1 left and 1 right. My incomplete shed. NOT HAPPY

The item was delivered poorly just dropped in the driveway in the pouring rain despite concreted and undercover area being available.Requested replacement deniedstonewalled and argued with for over a monthoffered tiny compensatory payment then replacement after threatening consumer affairsThey don’t follow there own web publish policies would not trust them on warranty or anything else - had to complain to consumer affairs
