Our truck hire was a really great experience. From the initial booking over the phone to dropping the truck back, everything ran smoothly and made our move so much easier. The trucks are well maintained, clean and a pleasure to drive. Libby was brilliant - even when we thought we'd scratched the truck. Thankfully, they take photos of any existing damage and compare on return of the vehicle. Thanks again. We will definitely recommend you to others

Disappointed our deposit was not refunded after COVID lockdown cancelled our travel plans . Qantas, Linai Riverside Appartments, Brisbane airport parking and the Basketball event happily gave us a full refund no questions asked. Will not be using this business again.

To Whomever CaresI hired a truck from NQ Mackay for 4 days. The lady at the front counter was extremely rude and the truck clearly unroadworthy! Cracked across the windscreen, no aircon, made a huge screeching noise whilst driving, no clearance lights working. I called up to let them know we are returning the truck a day early & was still charged for 4 days !I hire trucks & have been for years all over Australia & after my experience with NQ Truck Rentals will never be using you again.
