I highly recommend this company. Price is reasonable and service is excellent. The security doors in my house posed few challenges yet John was incredibly skilful with years of experience behind him. He did it in relatively short time and nothing seems to bother him. John is friendly and does his work cheerfully. It was a pleasure to do business with John.

I needed a screen door fixed that had a large dog door to be removed and small one put in. They replaced the inside diamond grill and fly screen into the same frame. This was all done within 24hrs. Everyone else said I had to buy a complete new security door and to add a dog door. So happy with the result.

John and his team constructed and installed screen doors and fly screens for all doors and windows in my flat - it had none when I moved in.But the biggest thing he did for me was reverse my sliding glass door (and installed a security screen door). My place is a 70's era flat and the doorframe has shifted over time, making the task of removing the existing glass panels extremely tricky. John went the extra mile, spending an extra 1.5 hours over his quote, to complete the job. He also upgraded the door runners to commercial grade so I won't have to replace them for a long time.I'm so pleased with the transformation that switching the opening side of my sliding door has made to my lounge room and would highly recommend John and his team to anyone!

I cannot recommend Malibu Security Doors & Screens highly enough. This locally owned company combine exceptional customer service with high quality craftsmanship. Furthermore, their products are very reasonably priced. We live in a post-war worker's cottage and our fixtures are not standard in size. In 2015, John and Tim custom-made and installed two Invisiguard security screens. They even transferred an existing pet-flap door to the new door on site at no extra charge. Earlier this year, I contacted the company to ask if they could look at the door jamb on our front security screen door as the house had moved over the years and it had affected the door lock mechanism that sat within the existing frame. This movement had nothing to do with the endurance of the product. It was caused by external forces at work. Tim remembered every detail about this particular door from over 4 years ago and without hesitation, he came to look at the door and worked out a solution to remedy the situation. Tim has technical prowess. He is a problem-solver, an innovator and a really personable young man. John is extremely efficient, loyal and dedicated to his customers.Last week I sent an email to John asking if I could get a quote on a security screen for a bedroom side window. The quote came back promptly and within a week the frame was installed. Without even asking, Tim matched the screen frame colour with the existing window frame.Seriously, I cannot fault this company and I intend on recommending them to everyone I know.
