Suprised tgat this company is still in business. Buyer beware. Get your solicitor to vet the contract as it is not a standard contract as they claim.

The job started well and I was assured we were well on the way to complete within the 10 week timeframe but thanks for the lack of communication and several stuff ups, the 10 week contract turned into a 10 month one. Tried to do the dodgy on a couple of things but I stood my ground. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT use Trimbuilt.

Can't recommend them. Many roof leaks. They stopped returning calls/emails after coming back two or three times to fix leaks. We've given up calling them and have leaks in heavy rains. The window wasn't the size or location discussed with the architect. They didn't provide a sliding flyscreen door despite it being in the contract. Told us it wasn't possible. They had to come back at least two times to fix our door so that it actually locked. Still didn't. Husband fixed it, turned out they'd used screws that were far too small for a solid wood door. Plumbing was a joke - they designed it wrong at the planning stage and refused to discuss it with us until it was too late to fix.

If you want a bad jobs these are the guys... check to see if Darran has a building licence?? Save yourself the stress & run from this firm...
