Feeling stressed and overwhelmed with weight gain I wanted to try a program that would focus on my inner health rather than resulting to another unbalanced 'diet' program like I have in the past. Dealing with chronic fatigue from years of working away, I wanted to focus on a sustainable lifestyle change that would help with regulating my weight and improving my energy.Since starting Metabolic Balance and liquid herbs, I have found myself feeling more energised throughout the day and sleeping better at night. I enjoy the foods on my personalised plan and have found sticking the plan quite easy, feeling full after each meal and having the freedom to choose from my recommended foods has really helped. My overall wellbeing and mental health has drastically improved with my increase in energy and knowing I am making a lifestyle change rather than a fad diet that will eventually land me back where I started. Within the first 2 weeks I lost 3kgs and each day had more energy so I chose to give up energy drinks and coffee to reset years of caffeine supplements.I highly recommend the Metabolic Balance plan for anyone that wants to actually change their lifestyle to healthy eating habits.

Raquel is amazing!!!...after suffering from the long term effects of covid , I was having trouble getting back to my normal healthy self . I was having trouble breathing during exercise , had gained weight and was just not feeling right. 3 weeks after seeing Raquel, I have noticed massive changes in my health. Raquel (pronounced Rachel) has an outstanding understanding of nutrition.I have learned a wide variety of valuable information from her.She has helped treat myself and our baby in her home office and office in Mindarie.I wish we had of come to have known her sooner, but am so thankful for her life saving and preventative education.

Went and had the IR press and infrared lymphatic massage with raquel today it was amazing . Very relaxing. My swollen fingers went down straight away and I felt lighter and less puffy straight away. The facial was a great touch and left my skin glowing. Raquel made me feel very comfortable the whole time. Offering me advise on other ailments.Would highly recommended Raquel/ Nurturer if you are looking for a Naturopath that knows what they are talking about.

I can't recommend Raquel enough - after weeks of scary chest pain she was the only person who took the time in looking at everything holistically I'd been through (2 x ER visits, specialist consultations, general GP consultations, multiple blood work). It was the first time I felt at ease since being in pain, she assured me that I would heal, and after a few weeks I started too. I have been pain free for close to a month now, I can't thank her enough. Raquel is warm, caring and takes time in listening - a complete safe space.
