Excellent food, great service, pleasant atmosphere. Oyster shooter. Crab rissotto. Natural oysters. Grilled Swordfish. Chocolate mousse. All fabulous!

Great spot if you love fresh oysters and quiet dining.The staff are super friendly and attentive.Great selection of wines and beers and the staff are more than happy to help you pair with your food

Shucks Bar
Shucks has never disappointed and is our go to food experience restaurant. Flavours and creativity on the plate are in our opinion faultless. My limoncello cocktail took me back to Amalfi and my husband loves the craft beers. Thank you for another amazing birthday and anniversary night and for the cheeky Chocolate tart to celebrate our night.

Really enjoyed our experience here at Shucks, was a first time with a group of 4. Big props to the waitress that served us, her wine and pairing recommendations was spot on.The food was definitely amazing and you could really tell that the team put effort into the menu. I’d highly recommend if you’re a seafood lover!

Loved the food. So many different flavours were combined and balanced skilfully. Good seafood menu. Nice and relaxing atmosphere on the waterfront. We enjoyed our experience.

Back again for more seriously good oysters, always fresh as they can be.Always delighted by the tastes and the wine when I eat here. The ceviche was the best I have had in Oz. Fresh king fish and local ingredients, blended perfectly. Squid was good too, as was the Crunchy Prawns.Wine’s perfect. Eclectic.Margaritas are a ripper as is the Jericho Tawny.

Delicious flavours, a very high level of freshness, combined with attentive and prompt service mean this is a definite 5 star experience. The decor and bar design is also very tasteful and comfortable. Despite a few comments, pricing is quite reasonable. It’s not maccas and it’s not pub food, so pricing reflects this, that said high quality and generously sized mains in the $35-45 range is not at all out of the ordinary.

Well what a fabulous 5 star experience Shucks Bar is!We are visitors to the area and have visited twice.(We have the Maggie table)We have been pet sitting Maggie for 2 weeks and what a perfect guest she is!The food is a fusion of flavours and a true taste sensation.We will miss this beautiful food and dining experience when we return home to the Gold Coast.
