Terrible customer service.I spoke with a guy with Indian accent.Just calling and ask if they are able to connect the hot water system, but they claim the unit we have (Chromagen) is cheap???Not professional at all, not even letting me to explain what happened. Once he know they are not going to make money from selling their hot water unit, the only word he can come up is OK BYE.

Birender is my energy consultant since 2016 and whenever we have a discussion I end up getting a better deal and save money on utilities which otherwise I would never imagine possible. A sincere thanks to him. Professional and patience to explain things in detail. Well done! Thanks!

Fantastic customer service and great product performanceI got Birender Singh's reference from my friend and I further recommend Australian Solar & Energy Solutions (ASAES) very happily for their work as they have delivered a very fantastic customer experience from start to finish.He provided me with multiple options and PV system quotes to choose from, answered all my many questions and cleared my doubts. Each step was done efficiently and as per the time given. The inverter installation is the cleanest one I have ever seen by any other installer. Process of system connection to grid via the service provider was smooth and taken care by ASAES.Birender keeps following up from time to time and he has remotely done couple of software upgrades too. Recently I had high AC voltage getting delivered at my home from the grid, which he easily got resolved by getting in touch with the service provider. I'm very satisfied by their before and after sale service as there was not even a single instance where I had to intervene or worry about.Overall the product is performing well and I am seeing the return of investment within a year of installation. Kudos to the ASAES team.

I got in touch with Birender from ASAES and also many other companies for my solar installation. From the very beginning i could see a difference in the attitude, amount of knowledge and customer service. After a research of over 6 months and talking to over 15 solar installers, i decided to go with Birender. Best decision ever! The whole process was very smooth and informative and Birender answered all my questions with descriptive detail. When installation started, I could see the difference between his quality workmanship compared to other cheap alternatives. I went with Solar Edge inverter and optimisers and there's great output even on cloudy days, thanks to his suggestions. Under an offer he helped me secure 2 inverters for the price of 1, which was amazing. He also monitors our systems regularly till date and informs us of anomalies or ways to improve energy consumption based on our usage and our solar output. He is not just a solar installer but an experience engineer with a wealth of knowledge and he know everything about the systems he uses and offers. He also helped us in choosing the best energy retailers to maximise our solar savings and provides suggestions on daily energy consumption and whenever we want to buy any new appliances. He is a complete home energy solution consultant and not just a solar guy. I would highly recommend his services. 5 stars!!

Very good company got the right solar system for my home advised me the correct solar system for my home not like the other companies those want to charge you more for the less efficient solar system specially Ravi Inder Singh was a very professional person .He done the assessment before Installing the solar system and provide me the best solar system according to my energy needs . He helped me as well with to choose the right plan for electricity and gas and help me saved money on electricity and gas plans . After sale service is very good as well not like the other companies those sell you solar system and after that don’t care very happy with their service.

My experience with ASAES in general and Birender in particular was fantastic. Right from the beginning, i.e. the quoting/proposal phase, I found Birender to be very professional and highly knowledgeable in the field. I had already done my research and therefore had wanted to make sure that I get the best possible system configuration. Perhaps what stood out most during my initial correspondence was that unlike most other installers (including some bigger ones) I was dealing mostly with sales people who had superficial knowledge and were throwing generalized proposals and responses at me, Birender took the time and was able to answer all my queries and advised me what will and will not work in my specific scenario. The discussions really helped me in finalizing a system configuration to my satisfaction and that suited me in the longer run.In terms of value, the proposal was highly competitive and the installation process was smooth and seamless. ASAES's installation team was friendly and ensured the job was completed safely, professionally and tidily. Post installation inspection was organized by ASAES who also helped setup my monitoring app/portal immediately after installation. I also had enough assistance to organize my grid connection. There was one minor glitch in form of a failed optimizer. ASAES was however quick to attend to the failure once I reported it and coordinated with the manufacturer to organize replacement under warranty. Other than that, the system has been working perfectly and I am fully satisfied with the performance. Birender also stays in touch and follows up to check on any issues.Overall, I am very happy with my Solar System performance and my experience with ASAES throughout the proposal & installation process!
