Been shopping here for several years but sick of random availability of items. Other branches of Woolies don't seem to have these problems. Also often find rotting fruit and vegetables in amongst good ones. I suspect it is poorly managed.

For the most part, staff are always friendly and welcoming but there is this one lady who works there who's just down right rude to customers!!

Wish I could give this place a 0 star. Over priced. Deli department packing up at 7pm is ludicrous. The shop closes at 9pm. Completely understaffed. Paying through the nose and having scan your own items when other places scan the items and bag them for less than what what you charge people. Think I’ll be taking my business back down to coles. At least they have better functionality at the selfslave checkouts. I remember when I first took a job at woolies in my youth. Prices were low and staff were plentiful bags were free. Now I just about have pluck the chickens and and harvest the crops. Then line up to scan my items bag them myself. That’s after searching for staff for assistance with no luck. Disgusting.
