I broke the tip of a laptop charger from my previously bought Targus charger (I had an accident with it by the way it did not break from their fault) and desperately needed a new one. Can not believe how helpful customer service were in ensuring the new one I bought came as quickly as possible. They went above and beyond because they could tell I was stressed and I am so grateful to Danielle. Love their products as well and could not recommend them enough.

Top level customer support. Purchased a laptop charger and asked for an additional tip from their support, and they sent it right away for free by express post and I received it on the next day.
