Be very very wary of entrusting your precious IT business with this company. They will make it extremely difficult for you to move to another service provider. I was a loyal customer for over 7 years. All good things come to an end, especially when you are charged for mistakes they make, they increase their per hour rate in the middle of COVID without notice and have the audacity to withhold vital information and rubbish your new service provider. They caused undue stress and were incredibly unprofessional. I strongly recommend you go elsewhere.
