Great locksmith! Neale came to the rescue 15 minutes after I called him, got me back into my place and fitted a new lock for a great price. I would highly recommend him and will be using him for any future work.

Rang Neale at 8:43am to fix a security lock on one of our business in Parkdale, he was quick and clear how to proceed.Set an appointment at 10am, he was on time. finished the job with perfect workmanship, very clear in explaining to staff on site what needs to be done.Email invoice received at 11:05am at the same time received feedback from site that Neale was very professional and easy to deal with.We will engaged Neale in the future and highly recommend his service.

Great service. Had no clue what do to when front door lock no longer worked. Neale promptly came out, provided great guidance and we got it fixed there and then , very reasonably priced too.

Neale was a pleasure to deal with. Prompt, courteous, competent, came when he said he would, and communicates well. He rekeyed a number of locks for us at short notice, supplied extra colour coded keys, was understanding and careful with an elderly parent, and left no mess whatsoever. He’s also a very nice person. I would call him again and recommend without hesitation.

Neale from True Locksmiths was just awesome! Can't highly recommend him enough! He was always prompt, courteous and an excellent communicator. Very rare these days! He managed to source parts that I were hard to find for our doors at reasonable prices. He also gave us great advice on our security issues. Would certainly recommend him to our friends! :D

True Locksmiths (Neale) are excellent. His initial survey highlighted a range of exposures and potential options to enhance our home security. In addition, Neale worked around a couple of unique design features in a custom built house. Finally, Neale was prompt, professional and took pride in his work. Highly recommended.

Neale from True Locksmiths was an absolute Gem. He came out the day I called to fix two locks for two different doors. He managed to source replacement parts that I needed for doors that were well over 15 years old and fix them in place. He did this all whilst being prompt and courteous. He's great at communicating too! I am very happy to recommend him to anyone searching for a trusty Locksmiths.
