Best fitness studio on the Coast. Great variety in classes. Love all three fitness areas of the studio. Trainers are supportive, helping with technique and goals.

I have never been happier since joining and I have made the most amazing friends. I love the personalised boutique style environment of the gym and my TBFS gym family. We push one another, we laugh together and we support one another. TBFS is my happy place!

I Love TBFS. The classes are always upbeat and motivating and there are a variety of classes to choose from. I love step, bounce and dance/barre best. I always feel I get a lot out of every class.

The best gym I have been too. Trainers are fantastic and helpful. Love all three studios. Best part my husband and daughter have joined and love it too. We all keep fit together and have fun
