B Farm by Murray's

Have always enjoyed Murray’s but now unfortunately they’ve gone all digital so for folks who don’t use cards online there’s no way of ordering. You’ll have to understand the QR system and join a 3rd party app and give it full access to your phone to order. I know this is not an issue for most but for the older generation they won’t do this. We had a lot of difficultly and as I was the only one with Apple Pay I had to pay for everyone. Probably won’t come back

Terrible service. The QR booking system didn't text me, or the friend I was with. Finally after waiting ages we went in and asked after our food and it had been sitting there for 15 minutes.Lunchtime on a Monday, only 10 tables occupied and the staff didn't come and ask if anyone was waiting on food or call out the names.The have a disclaimer about this when ordering. FIX THE SYSTEM instead of blaming the customer. Jeez.Also we booked a table online and they had given it away.Beer and food was good.Wouldn't go back due to the terrible service. A shame as it's a great place.

Visited this place after a very relaxing couple of days in Port Stephens, and I am sad to say I didn't find it very welcoming in that you'd be greeted upon entry. It seems you are welcome to roam the immediate surroundings of the winery and enjoy the sun and the open grounds of the vineyard.But when you've made a booking and there are cancellation charges, I thought you'd be at least greeted, because how would they know if you didn't show up?The next part might show my age. There were no menus, no table service, and no interaction with staff unless you went up to the bar to buy drinks. You order and pay via your smart device by scanning a QR code. You are notified to collect your food via your smart device. When you are done, you just get up and leave. It is this lack of human interaction with anyone from B Farm by Murray's that I question if I was ever there. I am willing to bet the Murray family are great people, doing a bang-up job in producing great wines, brewing boutique beers, and running a great business in the Port Stephens region.....I guess we'll never know.

One star is being generous if I had the option to select 0 I would. The food itself was average. There was absolutely zero service, you had to order online and then go and pick the food up from the bar as well. The staff member at the counter was more interested in telling customers not to show up than serving the customers in front of her. If you are going to have private and public events and walk ins you need to have staff available that are willing to serve people with a smile.

Amazing food and atmosphere including great music and surroundings. Although both drinks and food is astronomically expensive. The woodfired pizza Margarita is well worth it. Expect to spend upwards of $150 for 4 people for lunch. Great desserts too. And some great wine and boutique shop and bar. Love it. Pet and kid friendly too. Have to try out high tea as well. Great for functions.

Absolutely amazing anniversary lunch and drinks. Courtesy bus pick up to and from our cabin to the venue by Amanda the owner. Lovely lady and very knowledgeable.Great atmosphere and awesome food and snacks.Great tastings of all products.Staff were super nice and friendly.Over all a Great experience.Would highly recommend.

Beautiful place to visit! We went just for lunch and had a great time. There is a large outdoor deck with plenty of seating. There were also private rooms and high tea areas. Good quality food, a little on the pricey side. There was some live music playing on the Sunday creating a lovely ambience. There's a vineyard where you can walk along with some more outdoor seating and what seems to be a setup for a wedding ceremony.

I recently had a function here. I prepaid $1000 for food and paid $200 just to book some tables. When I arrived I told the waitress the party of 30 was here and asked where were we sitting. She just told me rudely wherever there is a reserved sign. The tables weren’t put together for us, we had to do this on our own. We asked for the food 3 times, and was told by this same waitress it would be there soon. It never arrived and I had to complain to a manager. Only then did they put the food in to be ordered. We received some complimentary items for the wait. But this isn’t the type of service I expect when I prepay so much money. I could of had the same service just rocking up and ordering food. If you plan to organise an event here, maybe think again. After I sent a complaint to the brewery, I barely received a reply or apology. This was for a wedding recovery party and we were disappointed.
