Wow! My family of 5, ages ranging from 4 to 30 something have been using the Complete Sleep Kit after a friend referred us. It's been a couple of months now and I'm never turning back - such a great decision! Pre use - sleep was interrupted on a nightly basis, whether it be the littlies waking regularly to us adults finding it hard to switch off after the day, but now we ALL are getting the deep and peaceful sleep we needed so much! I love these products. I became a convert in early 2019. As someone who regularly had problems getting a good night's sleep I tried the Pillow Spray to start off with and then also added the Night Oil. It really did help me get a better night's sleep and continues to do so, and that's something I am very grateful for.

This oil is amazing. Great for a goodnight sleep. I also use the essential oil through the day to create a calm environment for my son who has ASD.
