im currently on holiday but my ear wax has been troubling me for a while and affecting my hearing. My last experience with ear wax removal was at a doctor with a practice nurse. It took many visits and was painful. My experience with Jonathan was excellent. It was not painful and was over in half an hour. It was well worth the money. If you have any hearing problems go see Jonathan at ACE Audiology he was the best.

Highly recommend head Audiologist Jonathan Galt at ACE Audiology Ivanhoe. My father recently changed clinics and is very happy with Jonathan’s approach with managing his complex ear issues. Jonathan has shown my father consideration, kindness and respect as a new client and offered proactive solutions to ongoing issues he has been dealing with over the years. With a new set of hearing aids, my father feels like he has a new lease on life and is happy to have found a specialist who understands his needs and goes above and beyond in treating his clients. Also a mention to the reception staff who are super lovely and always smiling. 5 stars!

Ace Audiology and in particular Jonathon Galt have been very helpful in helping navigate my initiation into the world of hearing aids. I am totally deaf in one ear and have reduced hearing in the other. Jonathon suggested a hearing aid system and product that has helped. He has been supportive and provides a great service. I have also found he has a very good knowledge and much experience that has helped me get the right product that is also set up as well as it can be.
