Please ignore all the negative reviews, those are usually from people unwilling to put in any effort and expect to get everything for free. Torrens University is excellent with staff and lecturers that are amazing talented people with lots of experience. They are kind and helpful. I started at the campus in Brisbane and later on moved to the one in Adelaide - the process was really simple and all it took was talking to one Torrens staff. There is a bit of a learning curve to using all of their platforms such as Blackboard and Student Hub, but they are easy understand and navigate.Torrens University is helping me fulfil my dream. Do not let the reviews discourage you.

This is the worst and disgusting University ever. Tried to make a payment plan but never approved. They never care about the other countries issues. Need to think from the student side. This university has so many bad reviews and they never care. University communication is 0. Different people talking in student services and no solutions for students at the end

If I could I have given no ratings at all because this university is full of irresponsible finance team. My Coe says that I am supposed to get a scholarship and now the fee that this university sending is without any scholarship which proves the lie. Do not fall on the rating that are paid to do so. I went to have a chat about this with the university and they are not well trained or I don’t know maybe not well educated to answer me regarding the fee structure.I went to uni to speak to the finance team taking a day off from my work and the finance team looks like they don’t know what they doing. I wasted my day because they know nothing about it. I have emailed to finance some many times but never reply back.My opinion is : “guys avoid this uni”.

Think twice before you join this university. First of all, lecturers are so nice. Worst part is student service. You can see all the reviews here about their student service. I would like to highlight why they don't improve this. It is the management team. The school management team is not professional at all and that is why they don't care of all the complains about student service. They use all their budget on sale and marketing (not on student service as you have already paid them some). I do believe that this review will be also checked by those unprofessional customer service team because management won't take care of these. But, I write this review for you. If you have no issue or challenge with customer service, it is fine. You can choose this university.After a semester, the result given by lecturer and what appeared in the student portal is so much different. Because of lower score in the portal, we tried to contact student service so many times to check about it. Unfortunately, we were out of country at that time and we could communicate online and oversea calls. We tried both ways but no proper responses from them for months! Only when we were back and went to university in person, they changed it but didn't even say a proper apology for that. Although they admitted their weakness when we discussed in person, they even blamed us like this is our mistakes when they send an email for that case. So, we decided to raise this to internal appeal. What a surprise! Management team took so long for this case and finally came out with an email the same concept with their student affair team. No calls, no interviews, no apology. Just blaming back the student without any proper apology. Then, we see clearly why customer service team is not improving despite they have so many complains. Management team is not really taking care of THIS at all. So, it is your call.

It's the worst English institute, and some friends said that the University in the worst too. They bring us online English classes and in the Certificate said Face to face classes. They said to me that in Adelaide doesn't have face to face classes because doesn't have enough students. The classes has a lot students like 20 per course from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide, and it's too difficult to participate and share your opinion and it's too complicated for the teachers too. It's not fair, I paid a lot of money and I didn't achieve my goal to increase my English level. I traveled very far to my country to have a international experience and my Agency WS Estudios and Torrens University lie to me. I want my money back.

The university admission team is terrible.If the university doesn't want to accept students, PLEASE just send a rejection to students. DON'T keep asking for further documents from students, which wastes time for students, their parents, agents, and your admission team.If your university keeps asking students to check their mailboxes every day, then the university staff should do the same. Not just miss emails from applicants who want to study at university and blame applicants who don't reply to the mail.Terrible university and staff, that is why your university can't admit enough students from Australia and overseas.

So far I’ve had a wonderful experience at Brisbane campus of Torrens university. I’m studying health science at the lecturers are very knowledgeable professionals. We even had a science for success workshop which helped me starting the semester the best way possible. I’m very grateful to be studying here.

I had heard so many good things about Torrens University from my friends. Today, I have experienced it live on campus with one of University’s team member MR. Dipesh. It was first day for me and my brother in law on campus and Mr. Dipesh explained everything professionally, politely and clearly about our all queries. Thank you for great response.

After seeing all the reviews, I just ran away from applying Torrens. I don't want stress after my father sells the land to fund my education. Off to another school with good services...Sorry for the international students who have gone through this university"."

I’ve studied two courses and just finished the second now.The first course I had completed in 2019 and graduated in the same year.All the payments were clear and hence the transcript and all released and attended graduation.In 2023 when I’m about to finish with my current course they tried to scam me for the previous course.Definitely not a good choice for education
