We first had contact with Metropolis when we heard about faulty plumbing work on properties within our estate. We were referred to Metropolis and contacted David, who arranged for Russell to visit our property and identify any possible faults. There were plenty! There then followed a lengthy battle to have the faulty work rectified, including visits to VCAT. Throughout that time, (over more than 3 years) David managed the action that was taken to have the faulty work rectified. Ultimately all faults have been fully rectified at no cost to us. The success was entirely due to the work and guidance from both Russell and David. Suffice to say we are totally satisfied with the outcome.

Having been professionally involved with the preparation of numerous forensic engineering reports, during my forty year civil engineering career, I would highly recommend Russell, and his team, for forensic plumbing and gasfitting investigations.His problem analysis and rectification advice is of the highest standard. Furthermore, his comprehensive written reports are excellent and to a standard necessary for cost effective dispute resolution.

I cant overstate the peace of mind that Russell and his team provide to ordinary people who dont necessarily understand how to fix a problem they obviously know that they have, especially if they are dealing with people who deliberately ignore them!
