Really worst service I ever seen..I asked for some puffy puf that two girls acting like it's hot plate I can't get it from other plate which one I can look from the mirror..than their behaviour was so bad . I ask for black first cake piece than she packed in box and throw at the table ..I was really disappointed by their service.. I am paying money so I can ask for some good stuff that doesn't mean they have to react like this.i want to put minus star but it's not there..I put one star because I like their cake that's why..but their service specially today it's worst .I just had experience now

One of the best vegan bakery i recently tried. Their pastries were too good. Absolutely loved their cute cupcakes too! Got'em packed for midnight binge! Overall, a must-visit place for all.

Ordered the strawberry + vanilla cake. It was delicious! Reasonable rates and good quantity. All the ingredients were noticeably of high quality & super fresh

TodayI am again editing my review.I’m sorry to say that if you want to customise the cake according to your need, they will charge you without even giving a thought to it. I ordered a rasmalai cake which was of $45. But instead of their own design, I wanted to add 3-4 extra pieces of rasmalai with wich cake like full. They charged me $80 for the cake just for adding 3-4 extra pieces of rasmalai on it.Moreover, the cake was over moist that its layers were already mixed up (infact messed up) with the cream. It was full of cream. Its taste was good but the so called rasmalai which was on the top was more like a rasgulla. No malayi at all. You should instead change this cake’s name to rasgulla cake. No pieces of rasgulla/rasmalai inside the cake.Very overpriced and not met the expectations. Online ordering is good, and sending the quote for the customized cake is even good. But plz provide a legitimate price for what a customer demands for. This cake should not be more than $45 as quoted on their website. Thumbs down this time Isher Bakery. Very disappointed.

I had an extremely positive experience here. We ordered a red velvet cake, and not only did it taste exactly like a regular cake, but it was beautifully presented. All communication was efficient and professional. We'd go back for sure.

Poor quality cakes - not worth it. If you're ordering a cake for a special occasion like a birthday party where you're inviting guests, kindly avoid ordering it from this shop. Avoid last-minute surprises - this is from our own experience.We ordered a 2.5kg cake for a special occasion, our daughter's birthday party. We gave them specific instructions on how the cake should look like, and provided them with pictures of some cakes similar to what we wanted. However, the cake that they made after one week was ordinary at best. No proper finishing on the layer of the cream, you can clearly see holes in the attached picture. It seems the person who made the cake is not skilful or the machinery they use is ordinary or cheap. We paid around $140 for the cake but it is not worth even half of it. What's worst the owner of this business did not even acknowledge that the cake they made looked ordinary and could have been made better.So kindly avoid buying a cake from this shop especially if you need it for a special occasion.

The best bakery in Melbourne. Amazing experience and everything is so delicious and pure specially cakes and staff is so polite and corporative.Thanks for providing us so yummy cakes.
