If I could give 0 stars I would.I reached out to Annie regarding an issue I had with my couch, 4 months ago… it has been back and forth since with nothing being resolved. She is extremely rude and her customer service skills are appalling. If you are purchasing from Osborne park stay clear of Annie. When I email her she asks for some “patience” it’s been 4 months…I spoke to a gentleman at their store prior to making the claim who was lovely, I showed him photos of the issues and he said that it will be covered under the warranty and that the couch shouldn’t be having that issue but it is very common with the model. He gave me Annie’s business card to email her to proceed with the claim and she will have it sorted for me.My daughter works at Harvey Norman so I understand there sometimes is a delay with the supplier but 4 months is ridiculous let alone how much longer it will be if I just leave it.The service from Annie is the reason I will be taking this further.

Not normally my favourite place to shop for electronics. However today was an exception, I went to The Good Guys for a bench top oven, not only I could not get any help from any of the sale person the pricing was not as competitive as I thought. The service at Harvey Norman was top notch, I was not rushed the lady explained between the different brands and models. Even helped me to carry out to the car as my little one fallen asleep in my arms. $50 different between the two shop for the same items.

The worth service I ever had. Do not recommend to purchase anything from them. All what they are interested is to get your money and after that they could charge delivery time , what they did with me I am waiting for my chairs to be arrive 1 months but they extended to another 3 weeks . Anne can’t deal with customer support, I think she is wrong person for this position

I was in the market for a new TV and researched pricing between Harvey Norman, Good Guys and JB Hi-Fi. There was little difference in the price, I called each and asked about same day delivery, Harvey Norman was the only one that gave me the confidence they could offer same day service.I talked to Aaron at Osborne Park, and he was great, was honest about value for money between TV's and even though he wasn't working on the day I was planning to come in, he gave me a contact, Eddie, who he had briefed on our conversation so he would know what I wanted when I went into the store.Sure enough, Eddie was across my previous conversation and then spent time to show me through the options and pricing, gave me a great deal and organised delivery same day, which it was. Very Happy, thanks boys, great job!

My service experience was average.I wanted to buy a gift card. The lady that served me at the counter (at the electrical department) didnt bother to get off her chair to serve me, let alone give me a receipt. Nor was she that friendly. She was more interested talking to her work colleague at the time.Then as i was walking out of the store after my purchase, i see all these other staff in the furniture area standing around, talking amongst themselves, laughing etc, as i over hear some chatter about personal matters.How about greeting the customers?Other than that, it is a very well stocked store, and parking is good. Definite positives here.

EDIT: They solved my problem! I reported the problem with the fridge I bought and they scheduled a delivery of a new one to me! The new fridge just arrived and it's perfect. Thank you all ;)I'm a little disappointed with my experience with Harvey Norman. Here's the thing: I bought a second-hand fridge on Friday and went to the store today for the pick-up. I'm moving today, so I went with the truck I rent to pick up the fridge, cause that was in our route.The first problem was that on Friday they told me to pick it up on Sunday at 469/475 Scarborough Beach Rd, Osborne Park WA 6017. I went there with the truck and gave the staff my receipt. They left me waiting for almost half an hour until came again and say that I should pick the fridge up on the other side of the road (the second-hand store, where I bought it on Friday). That cost me $40, cause I was paying $80 for the removals company.Anyway, we went to the other side of the street straight away and one of the staff brought the fridge with a trolly. We put it together in the truck against the wall and tied it. Arriving at the new house, when I opened the package, that was a hole in the back of the fridge. And I was like, what?!? Now I turned it on to see if it works, but I'd like to change to another one, because they told me I have three years of warranty and I JUST UNPACKED it! And even if the fridge is working for now, I don't know if this could give me problems in the future...

Good location and ample parking.Needs more competitive pricing in comparison to Jb Hi-Fi, Officworks etc.Good customer service.
