I have now moved my services to MercstarI have had my AMG GLA 45 service here twice now. They are amazing. I got a loan car, which was being warmed up for me on my arrival.Highly recommend

I have had my CLS250 serviced by Daniel for a few years now. So often the world is missing customer service and quality tradespeople. Daniel’s approach to both servicing the vehicle and customer service is 1st class. If only others could take a leaf from his book. I have an old CLK55 that has been idling rough for a very long time due to an intermittent fault. My current mechanic tried everything but each time it was fixed, the problem returned. My mechanic then recommended we try a diagnostic specialist and he took the car to Mercstar Motors. Thankfully, they managed to find the fault and the car has been running beautifully ever since. Given the age of the car, my mechanic suggested that I use Mercstar Motors for all service and repairs in the future so I look forward to using their services again.

A friendly and honest family-run workshop specialising in Mercedes-Benz. I did not think this would be the reality in 2022, but it turns out it still is in Bayswater!Head Mechanic Daniel had the depth and breadth of knowledge as well as experience to interpret raw data on the engine diagnostics tool to identify a fault that the engine control unit itself did not know it had. Coupled with some old-school sound work ethic and attention-to-detail, a five-year old nagging issue I had with my warm-up idle performance and overall fuel mileage that had stumped Mercedes-Benz Melbourne and Cox Automotive for years was finally able to be resolved.Despite his professional experience, Daniel was humble and service-oriented. Over the course of two weeks, he took the time to communicate and collaborate so that he could really understand what was wrong with the car. He was also generous enough to explain the work he was undertaking at various stages and even showed me some of what he was doing with the car not only because he knew I was interested, but so that I would not lose faith in the process, as had happened with previous dealerships.Daniel and his team are truly passionate about all Mercedes-Benz cars new and old and are dedicated to making sure that they run at their best. Despite the 45 minute travel time, it is where I will be servicing my C-class going-forward.

Not anywhere that you can find a 722.6 transmission filter kit on a Wednesday morning at a moment's notice! Not just clear expertise and knowledge on the W210 platform, but also clear experience working on them. Would be very confident in using Mercstar for complex diagnostics and repairs. Thanks again!

I have a 2015 Mercedes Benz Sprinter (ex ambulance). These guys (authorised Mercedes service centre) do a FANTASTIC job of keeping it in tip top shape. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who don't charge like wounded bulls.Highly recommended.

So grateful for the team at Mercstar getting my car back on the road! When another Mercedes mechanic couldnt diagnose that there was an issue with my car I didnt know where to turn. Daniel took the time to listen to me about how the car was behaving, dropped everything to run diagnostics and managed to locate the issue. He was able to accommodate completing my repair while i was on holiday and I have had no problems since. I can sincerely say I will only bring my car to Mercstar for future services.
